Este sistema permitir\u00e1 un seguimiento eficiente, an\u00e1lisis de datos y comunicaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil entre la DGMA y las Unidades de Modernizaci\u00f3n (UDEM), promoviendo una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s ordenada y transparente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>Este avance refleja la visi\u00f3n de la presidenta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/XiomaraCastroZ?__cft__[0]=AZVcN9AQ0thQ8SaKKJ21JVRS7MNmyJvIWqY4qpfdvBYWR2HAT0OCt5vBNTxsziAoHBw2Zq-B2454mqZrJyUORX6ASYs2KspyBvLKZ7zEKUc1v3KlocbVqGTtGJ2iBnfDK3UoEWIe02a7sZWmmM-7Ykr9Xmx0MXWTigCd0iS_Ssx-k1nYVeHZssIvpPKU0xWVXAI&amp;__tn__=-]K-R\">Xiomara Castro De Zelaya<\/a> y el Plan Bicentenario, reafirmando su compromiso de fortalecer las instituciones p\u00fablicas, promoviendo la innovaci\u00f3n como eje central para garantizar el bienestar de
